Free Consultation & Valuation
The initial consultation and business valuation is complimentary and without obligation. We will happily meet a prospective client, undertake an initial assessment of the business and likelihood of being able to sale and provide an indication of value.
Our business sale service is charged on a 'success only' basis. We provide a comprehensive service including expert research and analysis, a pro-active, multi channel marketing campaign and a senior partner to negotiate offers and terms. To commit these resources to your business sale we ask for a nominal engagement fee.
Register the criteria of your desired business on our Businesses Wanted database for free and we shall inform you of any matches within our client base or with opportunities that exist within our network.
Acquisition Search & Transaction Management Service
Our search and management service is charged on a 'success only' basis with a small engagement fee. We provide a comprehensive service including expert research of candidates for acquisition and a pro-active approach to contacting targets confidentially and generating initial appointments.
A senior partner will lead negotiations and manage the acquisition initiative to completion.
Success fees are paid only on the achievement of an agreed outcome e.g. the sale of or acquisition of a business.
A small commitment fee is charged upfront to ensure all parties are fully focused on achieving a successful transaction.
